Shipping & Returns
Your order is guaranteed to be dispatched for shipping within 48hrs (excluding weekends). Our products are relatively small and light, however due to the size of the jewelry box included in your purchase we can only ship a maximum of 10pcs when using regular couriers. This maximum number of orders does not apply to Rider Delivery Option within Metro Manila.
For international orders, it will take 3 days to process and will be shipped via DHL International. Shipping duration is usually 3-5 working days. Please note that any Customs Fees incurred are the responsibility of the receiver abroad and are not known to us prior to delivery.
Jeweliery hires a third-party courier company to handle deliveries. We are not in contact with their delivery personnel and we will not be responsible should the courier company encounter delivery delays for whatever reason. It is best to give allowances for weather or logistical delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong item, missing part, defective, damaged that has been an error on our part or of the courier, please contact us immediately and send product photos within 24hrs of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return shipping and send a brand new one as soon as possible. Items for exchange will be given the same design or the nearest design type (if original is unavailable).
If you received it as a gift and prefer to have it exchanged for another design – your gift must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase (of the buyer) and must be in its unused/brand new condition. Gift receiver covers the exchange shipping costs back and forth and any difference in price of the new item of choice.
Kindly note that if an item is marked 'Sale' or is sold at a discount from its original price this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged by buyers or receivers.
All transactions are final, Jeweliery does not provide cash refunds for returns, only credits and exchanges.
