What are your payment options?
a.) Credit Card – you may use any VISA and Mastercard credit cards on our secure payment portal.
b.) Paypal – You may pay with your Paypal balance or use your credit card on Paypal’s site. (a paypal account is not needed to use their services)
c.) Bank Deposit (BDO or BPI) – choose manual payment option during checkout and the payment instructions and bank details will be emailed to you.
We do not offer (COD) Cash on Delivery payment method as of this time.

Can I still cancel my order?
Our third-party payment gateways processes payments immediately. However, if you have made your payment only in the last 24 hours and would like to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can try our best to manually reverse this for you. Requests for cancellations beyond this period will not be accomodated. Kindly note that credit card reversals may take up to 60 days to reflect on your statement.
What is the metal and materials used in your jewelry?
Answer: Gold Plated Brass
Will it tarnish? How fast?
Answer: It depends on how often it's used.
Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Answer: All materials used in our jewelry is non-allergenic. However, some individuals may be sensitive even with non-allergenic metals, if this happens immediately stop wearing and consult your healthcare provider.

Can it be worn by kids?
Yes because our products are nickel-free and made with non-allergenic materials. However, our jewelry may have small parts and we strongly recommend children under the age of 5 be supervised while wearing them at all times. Remember to remove all jewelry before napping, riding in a car seat, bath-time, unattended playtime, or bedtime.
Do you have a physical store? Resellers? Stockists?
We currently sell our collections through our online shop at Jeweliery.com, stay tuned for other online selling platforms that Jeweliery may be available soon by joining our Mailing list (at the bottom of our page). We are currently accepting resellers/stockists per area (outside of metro manila), if you are interested please contact us.
Can I have it repaired if its broken, tarnished or has a missing stone?
We do not offer repair services as of this time, you may contact any goldsmith to do this for you but we recommend to simply replace the item as the cost of repair might be almost the same as purchasing a new one.
